Welcome to Full Circle Care

FCC sees each person and their specific abilities, not disabilities. Individuals who require assistance with most aspects of daily living benefit most from our individualized care. 

Individuals must have strong natural supports. Out team works very closely with consumers, families and guardians to ensure individualized supports and transparent communication.  

Most services with Full Circle Care can be funded through Medicaid. Individuals who receive Medicaid funded services with FCC must be 18 years old and meet the requirements for Medicaid funded services. Please visit www.network180.org for more information on services available in Kent County. Individual Service Budgets must be sufficient to support adequate staff and supports. For information about services available to individuals under 18 years old, please contact Full Circle Care. 

In some cases, transportation assistance may be required.
