Just as it sounds, a house sister is typically a staff member of Full Circle Care that lives at one of our locations with the residents of Olivia's Gift. The house sisters provide added safety during overnight hours to assist in the event of an emergency. In exchange, you live there RENT FREE!

As a house sister, you are committing to being in the house between the hours of 11pm and 6am. This schedule can vary based on the schedules of both committed house sisters, meaning you are not committing to every night. House sisters are not required to be awake during these hours.
What Are the Perks?
- House sisters live at OG RENT FREE!
- We provide for all cleaning supplies, utilities, and laundry detergent.
- If a house sister is woken up for an emergency, they are paid for their time.
- A $600 stipend is available after 6 months as a house sister.
- House sisters that also work as Direct Support Professionals will be compensated at a rate of $17/hour.
- The biggest perks, however, are definitely the relationships that are formed by providing friendship and love to our friends at OG!
What is the Living Space Like?
There are two individual bedrooms on the upper level of the house. The bedrooms have a shared full bathroom with a double vanity.
There is a shared living space, pantry, cleaning closet ,and additional bathroom for house sister use as well.
Additionally, house sisters have their own kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and microwave. House sisters can access the oven, stove, washer, and dryer on the main levels of the house. Lots of privacy and space!
